THE KITCHEN

Thanks to more than 40 different suppliers, we are constantly looking for quality in all our dishes. We offer baked pork shanks and chicken with fresh vegetables and spices and extra virgin olive oil, cooked by our chefs; our pizza dough is made with our beer. Bresaola comes from Valtellina, 20 months cured raw ham from Parma, and “schiacciata” is delivered weekly directly from Rome.

Our burgers are daily home made with 100% Black Angus meat.
Fresh vegetables are delivered every day and our desserts are made daily following the best traditional recipes. All of this accompanied by our natural and award-winning craft beers.
Everything we do aims at guaranteeing always top quality and at letting people spend an evening that, we hope, will become a beautiful memory.
