Like all the beers we produce, we studied and created our “Bloody Vienna” to be true to its style of origin .
After careful selection of malts and hops, we produced our Vienna lager by brewing and letting it ripen at a low temperature for more than five weeks.
You can taste the sweetness and complexity of caramel malts, perfectly balanced with a light hop, the dry finish makes it very palatable.
The nose perceives all its elegance: the malt and yeast notes are very distinctive.
