Le Birre alla Spina

So much flavor and little alcohol, our “Jack the Bitter” is a traditional English bitter with scents of hop in bloom.
In the mouth, the beer is moderately carbonated, medium body and its balance shifts  towards the hops.
It has achieved the goal of highlighting the peculiar aromatic charge of these hops. They are present throughout the tasting process and give away an intense yet pleasant bitterness.
