Low fermentation, produced with our rare water which a very low salt content and alkalinity particularly contained. To achieve this we use special malt varieties imported directly from Bavaria. The taste is soft and round – difficult to obtain in this type of beer – with moderate alcohol content. Aromatically is very fine and pleasant. We have balanced the acidity with the sweetness of malt leaving a fresh finish and extremely pleasant calling for another sip.
