We produced our Black IPA trying to work as closely as possible to the style of origin. The palate is immediately noticeable, balsamic and resinous notes of American hops that give way, at a later time, with the typical notes of licorice and coffee donated by the roasted malt. The scent of hops, thanks to the double dry-hooping, is balanced with the toasted notes of malt giving it a rare freshness not normally found in dark beer.
