We wanted to blend the spicy and refreshing characteristics of Belgian beers with the aromas Blanche, the intensity and freshness of certain American hops.
To give it a unique aroma we have a yeast Belgian Wit to 5 varieties of American hops in brewing and dry-hopping, and to give it additional character we also spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel.
