A “strong” Belgian-style ale, golden color with a white foam , creamy and very persistent. Intense and aromatic with spicy scents (pepper) and fruity (yellow-fleshed fruit) that stand out due to the fermentation process. This ale has also been developed through the use of sugar candy, which is supported by a slight hop basic continental made intriguing by a small American side.
